USA: Fashion Designer Tiffany Walker to Host Fashion Show

DALLAS: Melodrama Boutique will host the 2013 Pink Lucy Spring Collection featuring the whimsical designs of celebrity stylist and designer Tiffany "T-Shemise" Walker on Saturday, February 16th, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The spring collection, entitled "Body Snatchers", will feature colorful and fun spirited, "Bodycon" and maxi dresses. A fashion show will begin at 5:00p.m.

"Melodrama had an opportunity to preview the line and felt like it was the perfect fit for the store," says Jackie Adams-Owner, Melodrama Boutique. "Pink Lucy represents what my youthful socialites desire in their clothing." Melodrama Boutique also serves as a community center and a place for emerging businesses to promote their services. Under the direction of Tiffany Walker, the 5 person showroom ships custom fashions internationally on a daily basis. Walker has had her designs worn by several celebrities including Shaunie O'Neal, Brooke Bailey and reality star Tiffany "New York" Pollard. Walker has distinguished herself as both a visionary and creative force in the fashion industry and her passion for art and fashion has emerged into a fashion empire.

The Houston trunk show is one of many stops this year on a national "Pink Lucy" preview tour. Walker hopes to capture more wholesale customers in this latest venture but still will cater to custom couture orders. Walker is known for her hip and whimsical clothing line which embraces and redefines freedom of expression through dress. Additionally, the "Pink Lucy" collection features edgy accessories (jewelry, handbags, hair ornaments) for the daring consumer.
