This winter's ski wear from sweatyBetty encapsulates the spirit of 70's downhill racing champions together with luxurious capes, faux fur trims and hats reminiscent of Dr Zhivago. Slim silhouettes across our ski wear are key, made possible by the use of highly waterproofed four way soft shell fabric, developed exclusively for sweatyBetty. Within our women's ski wear offer this winter, we have two main collections; Black Diamond and Ski Noir.

Black Diamond

Bright whites are contrasted with clematis blues or richly reds. Elegant silhouettes are created with cinched in belted waistbands and our statement all in one ski suit. Faux fur ear-warmer-headbands complete the look. Black Diamond epitomises understated sophistication injected with the energy of sport and ski.

Layering is vital on the slopes and should be taken into consideration when choosing your ski clothes. Our base layers are insulating, sweat wicking and breathable. The use of bamboo fabric with its antibacterial components as well as silk feel is soft to the skin but at the same time transport the build up of moisture away from the body.

Still sweat wicking and breathable, our mid layers are also soft and insulating to keep the body warm. High neck and thumb loops with specially engineered cuffs for increased weather protection.

Finally the outer layer should be waterproof and breathable. Our ski wear is at all times performance and protection led. Fully taped seams, articulated knees, durable cuff guards with storm gators. Waterproof up to 15000mm and 7000g breathable. Our women's ski clothing, like ski jackets and salopettes, is designed with the latest technology. Combining style with performance, even our fur hats are lined with sweat wicking micro fleece, insulating both the head and ears.

Ski Noir

Sleek blacks with metallic detailing are the ultimate in chic. Ski Noir is dramatic in its' styling with luxurious faux fur trimmed capes and parkas. This collection of ski wear embodies all that a true Bond Girl stands for; sensual, feminine, sexy, yet at the same time powerful and athletic.

Fitted soft shell ski jackets have detachable hoods and pockets with long 'easy to use' zip pulls, which also can be used as hair bands. Other features include zip guard, hooks inside pockets to attach ski passes or gloves and internal cuffs with thumbholes. Our ski jackets are waterproof up to 8000mm and 3000 breathable and Teflon coated to repel dirt and water. Higher waistbands on our board pants keep out the snow and ensure the wearer is kept warm and dry. Padded knee pads protect from any falls whilst Velcro zip fastenings at the ankle allow for ease of putting on ski and après ski footwear.

Base and mid layers are available in luxurious blacks and whites. Our base layers are extra soft and made from Softech artic fleece with carbonium finishing which ensures they are highly sweat wicking and keep your body dry and comfortable. Ultra lightweight arctic fleece fabric in our mid layers keeps body temperature five times longer than other fabrics. They are also resistant to abrasion and anti pilling. These can be accessorized with our neck warmers and fleece gloves.
