NHLANGANO: Zheng Yong garment factory human resources manager Moses Msibi today informed that over 300 new jobs have been created at the factory due to increase in overseas orders.
The company has received huge orders from overseas clients. “We are inviting all job seekers to assemble by the gate every morning. We are so much pressed by the demand as our overseas clients have shown keen interests in our products, which they have described as the best quality” said Msibi.
Mr. Msibi said everyone with relevant experience can report at the gate.
He said the company wished to employ more Swazis and the job opportunities that the company kept making available was to fulfill such a dream. He said it had become a trend that when the samples of the products are sent overseas the clients have given big orders to the company.
“We have never disappointed our overseas market, hence we are time and again receiving huge orders. It is our motto that whatever we send overseas should impress all our clients and by so doing other interested buyers are persuaded,” said Msibi.
He added that this year’s demand had been exceptional. For the company to meet the targets, they are forced to employ more people and for almost all the departments, that is from sewing, trimming as well as sorting sections, more employees were needed.
“We are looking at having more people employed even in the near future. This I say because of the good reputation our company has made for itself,” said Msibi.
If the recent strike had not taken place we could could have improved in all the sections, Misbi said.
