TURKMENISTAN: Chalyk Holdings opens factory in SerdarASHGABAT: The textile complex in Serdar district of Balkan province was opened by President Niyazov on November 23. The factory is built by the Turkish company Chalyk Holdings in association with Mitsubishi Japan.
