"Dev r Nil" never underestimate any of these essential elements of Fashion. Their Label 'dev r nil' has brought in a silent sophistication to the Indian Fashion Scene. They were awarded by the prestigious Elle magazine for the "Best Debut Collection" at the Lakme Fashion week earlier this year.
Dev 'the dreamer' of the two is a Commerce graduate from St Xavier's, Kolkata, studied Fashion at NiFD Kolkata and was a 'Style File Young Masters' finalist in 2004. Nil 'the entrepreneur' studied Fashion from Canberra Institute of Technology, Australia, interned under Akira Isogawa, which helped him understand the importance of Art in Fashion.
