Sonam Dubal
 A alumnus of NIFT, New Delhi, he began his career with the vanguard of Indian fashion - Rohit Khosla. He returned to mainstream fashion in 1999 with the launch of my label Sanskar. Since then he has been awarded the Elle global award for 2007and was also the recipient of the ‘Top 50 Achievers in Global Mainstream Media’ in the Fashion category at the University of Leicester Law School in 2006.
‘Wanderlust’ has been an underlying emotion through his Collections, beginning with my very first namely LIFW-2003. They are visual stories, which seek to reconcile influences and differences through artistic expressions, as in Trailing the River Goddess (Fall/Winter 2008/9) which extends the flow of thought, adding a contemporary touch through colours and silhouette. ‘Sanskar’ has over time found home with eminent stores both nationally and internationally L’eclaireur-Paris, Tashi- London, Les nomades – Geneva, Ananda-Spain, Saaya- Tokyo, Omworld- Hong Kong, Naseema@home- Melbourne and more recently Arida-Sydney, Bombay Electric- Ensemble- Aza-Mumbai, Cinnamon–Bangalore, Amethyst-Chennai, Maiah- Hyderabad, Ogaan – New Delhi.
