 Hugely inspired by Tom Ford, Raakesh Agarvwal, in his own words, aims to be “a company, not an individual name.” In 2005, Raakesh launched his own design studio, which today revolves around an intense ideology of creating a glamorous evening look – Intelligent and non-frivolous, a look perfect for the red carpet. The Raakesh Agarvwal label today is an intriguing mix of oldschool couture elements with the comfort and ease of pręt construction.
Delving extensively into innovative and modern surface developments, the label – that is now retailing all over India and abroad in several high-end multi designer stores – has a global appeal which is appreciated.
