The factory is equipped with a full complement of machines to be able to manufacture a trouser of the finest quality by using a CAD system from Rich Peace. The sewing line primarily consists of Juki machines and also has automatic welting machines from Eagle, Curtain felling machines from Union Special, eyelet buttonhole machines from Reece and blind loop machines from Mair. The pressing is entirely from Rotondi, including leggers, toppers and side seam presses.
The garment facility specialises in making both men’s and women’s dress pants as per customer specifications and can offer complete dress pant packages in the following fabric blends: P/v Blended Suitings, P/v With Wool Blends, Poly Wool, P/v With Lycra, P/v With Linen Blends, 100% Polyester And Micro Blends And 100% Cotton.
Banswara Garments is spread over two buildings, the total floor space approximating 40000 square feet of built-up area each installed capacity of about 4000 units per day. The entire focus of the factory is on production of dress pants that are able to match the highest standards of workmanship, quality and appearance and have 8 lines balanced to produce 500-600 trousers per day.
