For Readymade Garments, a separate unit, Banswara Garments was set up at Daman, which is 200 KM north of Mumbai and 600 KM south of Banswara (Rajasthan) to manufacture trousers in the brand name of INTEGRATION.
The Banswara Group has annual sales of over US$ 80 million and exports products to over 50 countries, bulk sales coming from North America and the United Kingdom.
The company currently has a workforce of 900 and follows all compliances as per Indian labor laws to provide a good; clean working environment and all basic amenities, such as first aid facilities, toilet facilities for both men and women on every floor and canteen facility for workers and staff to have meals.
The trouser-making is a specialised art and at its facility, company has experienced technicians and a well-trained work force to be able to make fine trousers. Training is an ongoing aspect of any garment factory and also have a separate section for training so that we are able to keep worker skills sharpened.
